What this website is
This website is informational. It describes the work of Amy K Clark Design: custom drapery, blinds and shades, upholstery, and soft furnishings for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and it offers a way to request a consultation. This site does not sell products, and no purchase can be made on it. Any agreement for design, fabrication, or installation work is made separately and directly with Amy K Clark Design, not through this website.
The consultation form
Submitting the consultation form is a request for information and does not create a contract of any kind. Amy K Clark Design will follow up personally, and the terms of any actual project, including price, scope, and timeline, are agreed to separately, directly, and in writing before any work begins.
Submitting the form does not guarantee a response, an appointment, or that a project will be accepted. Please do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing by email; see the Privacy Policy for how submitted information is used.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to Amy K Clark Design unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of client projects are used with the understanding that any necessary permissions have been obtained; if you believe a photograph on this site should not be here, contact hello@amykclarkdesign.com.
No professional design credential implied
Amy K Clark Design provides custom drapery, upholstery, and soft furnishings: the design, fabrication, and installation of window treatments and related textiles. This is not a licensed interior design practice, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim otherwise.
No warranty on site content
This website is provided as-is. While it is kept as accurate as possible, Amy K Clark Design does not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free, and is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of this website rather than a direct conversation.
